Since 2007, in the elevator industry we have built and modernized more than 5 elevators and a number of grain storage facilities. Each project was led by us as the project manager — from technology development and the technical brief for designers, to the selection of process equipment and the financial model. Construction: foundations, steel structures, installation of process equipment, electrical and SCADA systems, commissioning and handover with confirmation of design capacities.

Our experience with completed projects covers the full process line of an elevator: grain intake through receiving pits (1–3 depending on the facility), then — cleaning → buffer accumulation → drying → storage, with additional cleaning at the required stages and before shipment.

Corn drying — from 30% to 14% moisture at a capacity of 150 to 2300 t/day, with buffer accumulation of grain for drying and cleaning technology of varying complexity: from single-stage to two-stage in one pass (corn, sunflower and other crops as needed). We launched drying complexes on alternative fuel — to reduce dependence on gas and energy costs.

Elevator projects were designed with metal storage of up to 60,000 tons of single-time storage. From an economic standpoint, the first phases were combined: 20,000–30,000 tons in silos, the rest — in polyethylene bags. We have experience storing grain in polyethylene bags on sites of up to 120,000 tons.
